Jack was admitted to practice in 2014 and before joining LMI Legal gained experience in general litigation and dispute resolution across various tortious and commercial areas. Since joining LMI Legal in 2016, Jack has focused on insurance law pursuing his passion for contract interpretation disputes and litigation and dispute resolution.
Jack has been continuously engaged in the conduct of proceedings in both State and Federal jurisdictions across Australia, including state Supreme Courts, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia, as well as disputes lodged with Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). His extensive insurance experience involves all major lines of commercial and domestic insurance including complex disputes involving builders, developers, manufacturers, professionals, cybercrime, and fraud allegations.
In his areas of interest, Jack has been asked to present at various insurance and law associations. He adopts a pragmatic approach to litigation, with a keen interest in the technical and factual facets of a case, and the most economically efficient resolutions.
